Born in a middle-class farming community, Randy Schroeder learned the values of hard work and entrepreneurship early in life.
At 10 years old, Randy was told by his father that if he wanted to sport the latest fashions or attend the trendiest events, he would need to come up with the funds himself. By age 11, he was a Watkins distributor, an Amway IBO, and a representative of American Greeting Card Company and the American Seed Company.
From his humble beginnings to his tenure as a stockbroker at Merrill Lynch and Pierce Fenner and Smith, Randy has become one of the most successful and highly regarded figures in the direct selling industry. His career has taken him to virtually every corner of the world and his depth and breadth of his experiences are beyond compare.
Franz and Hanka Pollak are entrepreneurs in the health sector and currently based in Austria.
Their journey began with Juraj Mojzis, a member of Kannaway’s prestigious Crown Ambassador rank. After Juraj opened their eyes to the potential CBD holds, and Kannaway’s official launch in Europe, Franz and Hanka officially became Brand Ambassadors in December of 2017.

Gordon Oswald is an American entrepreneur who splits his time between Utah and the Island of Kauai.
Born to a military family, Gordon lived in many places and learned early on to value and appreciate all different types of people. He continues to have a deep love and care for others, and is often acknowledged for his willingness to invest the time necessary to help the members of his team achieve success. He attributes this investment in building a committed and educated team of like-minded people to his achievements in Kannaway so far.

Eva Fazakas is a physician and natural therapist, specializing in sports medicine, who has worked to combine traditional and natural therapies throughout her career. As an ardent believer in the power of nature, Eva joined Kannaway after Kannaway National Director Lajos Farkas invited her to register.
Immediately, Eva called upon her contacts to accompany her at a few Kannaway events, and luckily, they started working alongside her.
Eva says that her downline keeps her motivated. They work with such incredible enthusiasm and dedication and there are already several Regional Directors and Area Directors on her team.

Csaba Dévényi has been a network marketer extraordinaire for more than 15 years. With health and wellness being an important part of his life since his youth, Csaba was seeking high-quality that he, his family, and his friends could take regularly. This goal was fulfilled once he joined Kannaway.
In January of 2018, Csaba was invited to work for Kannaway by friend and Kannaway Vice Presidential Director, Tibor Odor. While the first month came with its fair share of trials and tribulations, the hard work proved to be worth it since he quickly rose to the rank of Area Director. By his the third month, Csaba became Regional Director , and in his tenth month, he was the first to achieve National Director status in Hungary.

She also led a workout for anyone wanting to donate $25 to Echo Connection and was recognized as one of the Top Three Brand Ambassadors to raise money for Echo Connection families. What sparked Renita’s initial interest in Kannaway was a family health crisis, which led to extensive research conducted by both Renita and her husband, Scott.
