Mar 24, 2020 Kannaway Founder Dr. Stuart Titus Featured in Reuters, New York Times

It would be an understatement to say that Medical Marijuana Inc. CEO and Kannaway founder Dr. Stuart Titus, is a cannabis pioneer. He’s a CBD educator, forward-thinking entrepreneur, and business professional who has harnessed his experience from multiple industries to become the seasoned leader he is today.

With the current COVID-19 crisis sweeping the globe, Dr. Titus was called on to shed some light on how the cannabis industry in North America is being affected by the pandemic.

With Nova Scotia becoming the latest province to declare a coronavirus emergency, cannabis sales have seen a 76 percent increase in sales, according to the province’s liquor commission.

Dr. Titus told Reuters that the boost in Canadian sales was due to fears of looming supply disruptions.

“We have seen stockpiling in Canada by consumers who have snapped up products from LPs (licensed producers)” he adds.

Dr. Titus’ comments were featured in both Reuters and the New York Times. You can access the original stories here:
