If you attended our Kannaway FOCUS 2021 Kickoff Event last Saturday, then you’ve already heard the exciting news-- we’ve upgraded our SmartShip Rewards program!

We want to reward every customer and Brand Ambassador who enrolls on SmartShip, a great opportunity to experience the positive benefits of establishing a routine with one or more of Kannaway’s incredible hemp and wellness products.

Having seen first-hand the positive impact that the daily use of our products can have, we wanted to simplify the initiative while providing additional benefits for everyone who is or becomes a member of the Kannaway SmartShip Program.

On that basis, moving forward, those who join our SmartShip Rewards Program will now receive a 10% discount on their SmartShip orders every single month! They will also be awarded with access to company sales and discounts. Plus, the 10% discount applies from the very first SmartShip order-- no three-month wait like before!

This new 10% discount on SmartShip orders takes the place of our earlier free shipping reward and often results in higher overall savings.

Our new SmartShip Rewards program goes into effect Monday, January 25th.

How the New SmartShip Program Works for Brand Ambassadors

For Brand Ambassadors, the 10% monthly SmartShip discount is on top of the savings they already earn on our range of Kannaway products with access to wholesale pricing.

To qualify for the 10% discount on your SmartShip orders each month, Brand Ambassadors will need to meet two requirements:

  1. Establish a SmartShip order of at least 110 BV.
  2. At least one SmartShip order of at least 110 BV must run on or before the 18th of the month.

For Brand Ambassadors, the new SmartShip Rewards program allows for two orders per month where the discount applies.

How the New SmartShip Program Works for Preferred Customers

Under the new SmartShip Rewards program, new Preferred Customers will save 10% off the retail price. For Brand Ambassadors, this means that they now have the opportunity to earn Direct Sales Commissions (DSCs) when enrolling Preferred Customers. Existing Preferred Customers will continue to have access to wholesale pricing under their original terms.

Preferred Customers qualify for a 10% discount on the retail price of their SmartShip orders automatically as members of the SmartShip Rewards program and are not required to have their orders meet any minimum BV or date deadline.

Preferred Customers are allowed one order per month where the discount applies.

How to Enroll in Kannaway’s SmartShip Rewards Program

Kannaway Brand Ambassadors can enroll in SmartShip online by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Kannaway account
  2. Click on 'Business' in the main header menu
  3. Click on “My SmartShip”
  4. Click on "Add SmartShip"
  5. Follow the process to set up at least one SmartShip at a minimum of 110 BV and have it run before the 18th of the month

Kannaway customers can activate a SmartShip online by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Kannaway account.
  2. Click on “My SmartShip Setup” under “Account” in the main header menu
  3. Click on “Add SmartShip”
  4. Follow the process to set up at least one SmartShip
