Colorado Gov. Jared Polis signed legislation May 31 to regulate intoxicating hemp products, such as those that contain delta-8 THC and delta-10 THC.
Under Senate Bill
22-205, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
(CDPHE) is permitted to “prohibit the chemical modification, conversion or
synthetic derivation of intoxicating THC isomers that originate from industrial
hemp or may be synthetically derived,” the measure states.
