On the last day of Kannaway’s recent inaugural Elite Retreat, BAs gathered around the ship’s open air pool, sipping drinks and basking in the sun’s waning light. There, bracing from a chilly wind that had picked up from the north, stories were shared and laughter spread, as everyone enjoyed the final, bittersweet day among friends.
As the sun dipped into the sky, Brad Tayles, President of Kannaway, created an image in the mind of everyone there. Speaking of the immense growth Kannaway has experienced in the past 18 months, he revealed a time in the near future when Kannaway national events like the upcoming Evolution event will sell out huge theaters with seats reaching up to the rafters.
It was here that he started his lesson. Brad began, “Somewhere up in the nosebleed seats will be someone who was once sitting down front in the reserved VIP seats. They will be steaming because there will be Brand Ambassadors who started after them sitting down front where they once were, making more money than them and achieving a higher level of success.”
Brad then gave his warning by asking, “Do you know how they ended up in those nosebleed seats?”
“They stopped doing what got them where they are in the first place. What got them into the VIP seats, onto the Advisory Board, and into incentives like this cruise,” Brad continued, making eye contact with BAs listening intently to his every word. “They stopped reaching out to prospects, stopped attending regional Red Carpet events, and stopped hosting Super Saturdays. They became content with the success they had. And others surpassed them.”
“Dont’ let me see any of you in those nosebleed seats,” Brad urged the BAs sitting around him as a final point.
There is no limit to how successful you can be when building your CBD oil business with Kannaway, but it won’t come easily. Top BAs like Randy and Samantha Schroeder, Damien Callais, Jeff and Debbie Lessard, Mary Sides and Dana Neubert, Valerie Aloisio, and others work as hard today as when they first began with Kannaway… if not harder.
Continue to build your Kannaway business every day. Keep travel salves and business cards on hand at all times, instigate conversations and meet people on their level, educate yourselves and those in your downlines about the benefits of CBD, and take advantage of the many tools available to you in the Kannaway back office. But most importantly, put in the effort. As Brad says, “Remember the Secret Sauce. Recruit, recruit, recruit.” Recruit more now than you did at your previous rank, and when you rank advance, recruit even more than you do now. It is only by building these downlines that you will continue to increase your levels of success.
The opportunity with Kannaway is the same for everyone – the only variable is you.
