The study that supports Sleep³

29 adults with poor self-reported sleep quality (mean age 50.7) used a CBN- and CBD-rich broad-spectrum hemp oil nightly for one month. Sleep quality was measured with the val - idated Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) before and after. The intervention was well tolerated, with only mild adverse events reported.

Overall Sleep Quality Improved After One Month

Global PSQI score, indexed to baseline (100) — lower score = better sleep. Improvement was statistically significant (p<0.05).
