After achieving each rank advancement, you'll receive your Rank Postcard Certificate, pin, and accompanying reward in the mail. We aim to deliver these within the month of your rank advancement. However, please note that personalized items or items ordered to your specifications may take longer to process and deliver.

Additionally, we strive to provide the exact hemp recognition rewards advertised. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, this may not always be possible. If a situation arises where we cannot provide the advertised reward, we are committed to finding the best possible alternative that closely resembles the original. We appreciate your understanding.
